Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how StreemTech LLC ("StreemTech", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your personal information when you access or use any of our services.

We care a lot about privacy.

While StreemTech is not a traditional communications platform, using our services may involve granting us access to various forms of information. We are committed to protecting your privacy with respect to this and all other data you provide to us.

We don’t sell your data.

Our business model is based on subscriptions and paid services. While we may display third-party advertisements, which may independently collect data as described below, StreemTech itself will never directly sell, license, or otherwise transfer your personal data — anonymized or not — to third parties for profit without your consent.

We limit the information we require.

We collect only the information necessary to:

  • Create and manage your user account;

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;

  • Comply with our legal and contractual obligations; and

  • Enhance the user experience and platform functionality.

Additional information is optional and will only be collected or requested where reasonably necessary and with your prior consent, unless otherwise required by law.

Collection of Information

We collect information from you in the following ways: information you provide directly, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

1. Information You Provide to Us

Account Information

When you create an account, you provide a contact method (typically an email address) and may link third-party accounts. You may also provide additional optional contact details or integrations.

Content You Create

Purchase Information

If you make purchases, you may be required to provide billing information, including your full name, address, and payment method. Payments are currently processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and we do not store full payment details on our systems. We may store limited billing metadata (e.g., the last four digits of a card) for transaction records. If we process payments directly in the future, such data will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Activity Data

We collect data regarding your use of our services, such as usage logs, feature interactions, communication with other users, and event tracking, to provide and improve your experience.

Data for Optional Features

Some features (e.g., polls, chat integrations) require access to additional information, such as linked Twitch account details. We only collect what is necessary for the requested feature to function.

Other Voluntary Submissions

We may collect other data voluntarily provided by you through surveys, support forms, or other interactions.

2. Information We Collect Automatically
